About us

Trevor & I live in Numurkah in Victoria, Australia. I am originally from Norway, where all my family and friends still are. I came to Australia first in 1995, when I was an exchange student. This is when I met Trevor. We fell in love, and when it was time for me to go back to Norway, Trevor came back with me. I finished my schooling in Norway and back in Australia I started my Bachelor of Nursing. Now I am working in the Intensive Care Unit and I really love it. Before and while studying I lived with Trevor's mum and dad. He has a really great family.

Trevor grew up in Numurkah. He is a rooftiler and runs his own company. He has about 5 employees working for him. Trevor likes to go fishing, but has not had a lot of spare time to do this lately. He also likes camping and golf.

We have two dogs; Karcha & Sleek who you can read all about and see plenty of gorgeous photos. in "Our dogs ".

In September 2000 we moved into our first house. Now it is as good as finished in the back yard as well. We have also bought a new block of land and will eventually build there.

We got married 30^th December 2000. We had a wonderful wedding with perfect weather, no hick-ups, lovely guests, beautiful food and a really good time. And we were so lucky that 20 people from Norway were able to attend!

We have now sold our house in Russell St, and we are building a new one. As well as this block we are building on now we own an acre (4000m²) which we will build on later, in a few years. We also own a small block in Victoria St where we are going to build a unit to rent out.

But the most exciting thing at the moment is that we are expecting a baby. I am 39 weeks pregnant, so it can happen any time now. I have had a wonderful pregnancy, but now I am pretty much sick of it all and I am very excited about the baby. We have got the nursery all set up and ready for our little one to come home to.
